As one of the original flight attendants hired for Virgin’s premiere into the U.S. airline industry I acted as an extension of the InFlight Training Department on board all flights of which I operated, by ensuring FAA and company rules and regulations were followed.

Developed, tested, maintained and worked with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to create policies and procedures for the US Airways InFlight Emergency Manual (IEM). The IEM is a required training tool and FAA approved document issued to all of the airline’s flight attendants which contained company and FAA approved and enforced procedures for all aspects of domestic and international flights from safety to service.
Overseeing the “Observation Ride Program,” which ensured compliance with approved in-flight procedures by way of a “secret shopper” method. 
Created, developed and distributed security sensitive flight attendant communications such as security briefs, safety updates and service enhancements.
