KDAF-TV CW 33 Dallas, Texas  2008-2009

News Reporter
Duties included enterprising and gathering information for daily news stories. Executing two live shots daily was not uncommon.

KCEN-TV NBC 6 Waco, Texas 2006-2008

Weekend Anchor/Reporter
Duties included anchoring the six and ten newscast on Saturday and Sunday. I also reported during the week performing multiple live shots each day. Fill-in anchoring during the week was also quite common.

KETK-TV NBC 56 Tyler, Texas 2001-2006

2004-2006
Duties included solo anchoring the five and ten weekend newscast. As Managing Weekend Editor my responsibilities included supervising two photographers and enterprising story ideas for one reporter. My challenges included formatting the newscast to include at least one
Live shot.

Reporter
2003-2006
My responsibilities included enterprising story ideas on a daily basis, establishing contacts, and setting up interviews. I worked closely with a photographer and answered to producers, assignment editors, and the news director. I have lots of experience with live shots as well.

Producer
2002-2003
As a news producer I was responsible for producing the six newscast. Responsibilities included formatting the newscast, determining content, and scheduling live shots with reporters.

Editor
2001-2002
As a full time video tape editor I learned the importance of making video match scripts. I also edited using non linear editing and the Avid system.
